This year's event will be headlined by the 2009 US Kideboarding National Championships. The event will be sanctioned by ISAF (International Sailing Federation) and an official IKA (International Kite boarding Association) event of the second highest category worldwide. We are very proud of our PBS KIDS shows that help prepare children to be ready to excel in school. Our PBS KIDS GO! shows are an excellent tool for students in all levels of edcuation. Learn more by visiting the PBS KIDS GO! website.
The Education Department is always ready to visit your organization. We conduct workshops for parents, teachers and students. Each workshop is based on the Ready to Learn model and will include a short video of a PBS show, a reading form an accompanying book and an activity for the participants (time permitting). Everyone will receive materials to extend the learning experience. |
